CAV is a wine bar and restaurant that has a wine centric, eclectic menu tailored to match a global selection of wines.

Our wine list is comprised of 325 wines from 18 countries and 70 regions ranging from the North Fork of Long Island to Savoie, France, to Darling, South Africa to Geelong, Australia. We have 40 wines available by the glass or half glass and a wine flight that changes every Tuesday.
 />We are different from other wine bars in that we offer a full dinner made up of small and large plates in addition to an array of artisan cheeses and home made charcuterie. For us food is not just an accompaniment to wine but an equal partner to the experience.

We want anyone who walks through the door to feel comfortable. Wine should be inclusive, not exclusive and to that extent we have tried to create a space that is warm, inviting, comfortable and at the same time visually interesting.

Wondering about the name? In French, a 'cave' pronounced 'cov,' short 'o,' is a cool, dark place where wine is stored. In English, 'cave' is pronounced as... well... 'cave' rhyming with Dave. It just doesn't sound as good even if the meaning is pretty much the same so we decided to take a little 'dramatic license' and ding the 'e' from cave.
